This firmware contains some bug fixes in relation to a sleep issue on newer models and has an updated Chrome web browser. Even if your OP3 player has an old firmware, it shouldn't be necessary to upgrade the firmware. The sleep problem was only related to our newest batch of OP3 players, which have this firmware pre-installed.

Note: If you have firmware dated before 2021/01/08 (American date system), you might have problems updating the installed web browser (Chrome).
