In this article, we will show you how you can cancel your DatabeatOMNI subscription

DatabeatOMNI subscription model offers an annual, three year and five-year subscriptions. If you have purchased one or more licenses directly from our in-app store and wish to cancel your subscription, please send an email to finance@databeat.net. The cancellation notice email must be sent at the latest one day before your license expires.

If you have purchased one or more DatabeatOMNI licenses through your partner or distributor, send the same cancellation email to your partner.

When the cancellation email has been processed, you will be notified with an email confirming that the license has been canceled.
