      How to enable the Automatic User Recognition setting in DatabeatOMNI when with Microsoft 365 for authentication/login

      The Automatic User Recognition feature in DatabeatOMNI can be quite useful if you do not want to manually register users in DatabeatOMNI. Learn how to enable this feature from DatabeatOMNI in this article.

      With the feature enabled, new users within the same tenant will be recognized and linked to the respective DatabeatOMNI account. Note that the user will not be given access before a SuperUser or Administrator grants a role.

      When initially setting up the integration between DatabeatOMNI and Microsoft 365 we recommend you enable this feature, to prevent any duplicate accounts caused by mismatch by multiple aliases, domains etc.
