Change OMNIplay license key

If you have deleted your license key (player ID) and need to enter it again, the solution is quite simple. Below you will find instructions on how to change the license key per platform.

Samsung: Press 0 (zero) on the remote when the OMNIplay app running to edit.

LG WebOS: Press 0 (zero) on the remote when the OMNIplay app running to edit.

Android Non-touch (OMNIplay3 and other):

  1. Press ⮝ (up) and then ⮟ (down) quickly. (May need to be done repeatedly).
  2. Select Yes when the app prompts you to reset.
  3. Enter the new license key, save and restart with the circular refresh icon.

Android Touch (Doorsign and other):

  1. Open the settings panel (most app require triple tap on the display for this)
  2. Select the cog wheel icon (settings)
  3. Select Yes when the app prompts you to reset.
  4. Enter the new license key, save and restart the device if not done automatically.

Please double check both license key and network connection if you have any issues.
When registering a new license key the device must be connected to the internet and the license key must match your license key in DatabeatOMNI.
