Pre-Save Checklist

  • Review Content: Carefully check each slide for accuracy, design, and overall appearance.

  • Finalize Animations and Transitions: Confirm that all animations and transitions work as intended.

Saving PowerPoint as PNG or JPG

  1. Open Presentation: Launch the PowerPoint presentation.
  2. File Menu: Go to 'File' > 'Save As'. Choose the save location.
  3. Select Format: In the 'Save as type' dropdown, select 'PNG' or 'JPEG'.
  4. Save Slides: Choose 'All Slides' to save every slide as an individual image.
